By booking this tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All guests must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including cruise ship details and arrival time.
• Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missed tours without refund.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Pricing is based on age categories. Children ages 6–10 qualify for child pricing. Guests ages 11 and above are charged as adults.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cruise delays or itinerary changes, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or provide a refund according to our policy.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide. We are not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from failure to comply.
• Certain activities may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations or specific medical conditions. Please contact us in advance if you have concerns.
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour once it has started.
